The keyboard can type before Logi Options+ recognizes it because Windows and macOS first load normal keyboard support. That basic connection does not prove that the control app has found the device. Keyboard works but remains missing from the control app
First confirm which wireless route the keyboard currently uses. A channel paired through Bluetooth remains separate from a channel paired through the Logi Bolt receiver. Backlight will not turn on
