The keyboard appears in Bluetooth but will not pair
Choose one Easy-Switch channel and hold its button for about three seconds. A rapidly blinking channel light means the keyboard has entered discovery mode. Remove any older MX Keys entry from the Mac Bluetooth list before trying again. Restart Bluetooth or reboot the Mac when the name reappears but the connection process never completes.
