The PIN appears but pairing fails
Enter the displayed code on the K810 itself, not through the computer’s on-screen keyboard. Use the number row above the letter keys, then press Enter on the K810. The final Enter press completes the security exchange and is easy to miss when the pairing window gives little guidance.
